F.A.Q.

  • Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ), and which printing technique should I choose for smaller orders?

No, we don’t have a minimum order quantity! You can order as few or as many items as you need. For smaller orders, we recommend using digital printing, as it’s cost-effective and works well for intricate designs. While you can opt for screen printing, it’s generally less economical for smaller runs due to setup costs. If you have a complex design or are ordering a small quantity, digital printing is the better choice!

  • What is your standard turnaround time?

Our typical orders take 7-10 business days to process. However, during peak times, it may take a little longer up to 15 business days. If your order requires extra finishing or special care, it could take longer. If you let us know your deadline, we can almost always meet it. Please note that if your timeline is shorter than our typical turnaround, a rush fee may be added to ensure we can fulfill your order on time.

  • How is pricing determined?

The primary factors influencing screen printing costs are quantity and color count, but the garment itself plays the biggest role. Our pricing tiers are set at 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, and 2500+ units. Each additional color beyond the first will increase the price, with a maximum of 10 colors. Other considerations that can affect pricing include ink type, print location and size, garment type, finishing options, shipping, and more.

  • What if the garment I want to use isn't in your catalog

Absolutely! If you’re looking for a garment that isn’t listed on our products page, please reach out to your representative or email us. We have access to many suppliers not included in our catalogs, such as AS Colour, Los Angeles Apparel, Made Blanks, Tee Styled, and Pro Club. We’ll be happy to provide a quote. If we can’t source the item, we’ll let you know right away.

  • Can I supply my own blanks?

Yes, you can supply your own blanks, but please check with a representative first to ensure compatibility with our processes. However, we often don’t recommend supplying your own blanks, as we cannot guarantee the same level of quality or results compared to our tested materials.

  • How can I get a better price?

In general, it's best to increase your order quantity to over our pricing breaks (50, 100, 250, 500, etc.). For example, ordering 98 pieces will cost more than ordering 100 or 102. Additionally, consider reducing the color count where possible. For example, printing your 4-color logo as 1-color—if detail isn’t compromised—can lower costs, especially for smaller order quantities and multiple locations.

  • Can I Get a Sample Before Placing a Large Order?

Yes, we can provide a printed sample of your design before placing a large order. This allows you to check the quality and make any adjustments before proceeding with the full print run.

  • How Do I Care for Screen Printed Apparel?

To extend the life of your screen printed apparel, wash items inside out in cold water, and avoid using harsh detergents. Line drying or tumble drying on low heat helps prevent cracking or fading of the design.

  • Do You Offer Eco-Friendly Screen Printing?

Yes, we offer eco-friendly screen printing options using water-based inks and sustainable materials. These options provide vibrant, long-lasting prints with minimal environmental impact.

  • What Is the Best File Format for Screen Printing?

For the best results, we recommend submitting artwork in vector formats such as .AI, .EPS, or high-resolution .PNG files (at least 300 DPI). This ensures sharp, clean prints with no loss of quality.
